How to read these numbers
- Rate is how often it worked. n is how many times it was tried.
- Range is where the true rate likely sits (95%). Small n, wide range.
- Grade: A = 100+ tries and a tight range · B = 30+ · C = 10+ · D = under 10, a hint only.
- Recent sample (every chat since Oct 17) is the honest one for openers, pitches and applying. Older threads were pulled from Backstage, so everyone in them already applied.
